Positive: Close to the city centre Great views - if you choose a river view room Breakfast was fantastic and good value for money Pool, steam room and spa were lovely.
Negative: The gym was very basic Some rooms have a balcony with glimpses of the river but mostly views of the top of commercial buildings, the Langham and an office block. This was a disappointing revelation when we arrived.
Summary: Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast divine and a river view room is worth the extra money - especially if you want

Positive: Location is great with plenty of fantastic restaurants very close by, room was good with plenty of room and a great bed, great view from the balcony overlooking the river and city views, great coffee made to order with breakfast, can also order eggs cooked any way you like
